I need help locating manual for a Wiko cell phone . . . (Android, devices)

It is a government issued free phone, and arrived without any manual or instructions on where to find one online. On the phone itself I find only the following:

The screen upon opening says:


Wiko Game Changer

Powered by Android Go Edition


The new owner is having a very difficult time figuring out how to use it,

& has no knowledge of using Internet to search for its manual.
So, I've looked online for its manual, but the closest I see is Wiko Goa . . .

is that the same thing???

I hope these help. I searched with the search phrase "Wiko Goa manual". It will be difficult to find anyone familiar with this phone in the US due to it's age.
