I have a multi-pronged charger, and a different size is charging another device.

What do you think? Is there something I should try, or do I need a new phone?

Did you try a different cable? 9/10 times that's the problem, the plug into the phone or the cable itself.

No, I don't have another one the right size. Guess I'll buy another and try it.

Right. Broken charger or charging cable, broken phone charging outlet, battery life near end, damage to the phone...
You want us to guess or help, OP?

I borrowed one from my neighbor and it charged it. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I'm not sure why the one plug on my charger that fits my phone quit working when the rest are functional. Mine looks like this one.

Yeah, it’s usually the wire or the charger, but recentLy I had one that wouldn’t charge on any wire or charger. I reset the settings and the phone and now it works. Just for others who this happens to.

Possibly because it got bent at some point when the others didn't, or was perhaps used more, or any number of things.
