I've already seen ads for cell phone watches. I would like to have something this small. I wouldn't want to use it for a watch but I wouldn't mind carrying it on my keyring, or on a lanyard around my neck. I'd like it to be water resistant also. I wouldn't need any internet service either. Just a simple phone for for emergency/convenience.
I don't think that's too much to ask. I feel like the technology is already out there, but no one is making them for some reason.
