just hitting the interwebs, info about google's new phone by htc. If the rumors are legit (OLED, 1Ghz, 800x480, capacitive screen, unlocked) I'll be selling my iPhone 3G and getting one of these. Please post any information you can find about these here, as things are just now beginning to leak.

Looks like a phenomenal phone but I feel Android isn't quite there yet. I read it doesn't have multi-touch but I could've sworn that multi-touch was to be included with 2.0.

I also read that it is sort of optimized for T-Mobile but can also work on AT&T, like the opposite of the iPhone (3G on AT&T but Edge on T-Mobile), Nexus (3G on T-Mobile but Edge on AT&T).

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about this phone - probably the best thing next to an iPhone yet.

$530 unlocked, $130 with a 2yr T-Mobile contract, with factory-disabled multitouch, gps nav, removable SD memory, and a glass keypad.

You won't be able to use it on AT&T's 3G network. Only works on T-mobiles 3G network. GSM will work on either network.

I'm waiting for the Sony Ericsson X10.

8.1 MP camera, Snap Dragon processor, 1 Gig internal mem, expandable to 16 Gig card.

4 INCH TOUCH SCREEN

It has everything the Nexus has, except Android 2.1, and seriously, how long will it be before they release that for everyone.
