I've posted on this before, but before I were to possibily get an IPhone, I want to know more things about it. Do you have to have a computer to add songs to ITunes. Or can you just download ITune songs from the phone? What are Apps? Do you have to be on WiFi on the phone, to use the Apps? And I'm sure it does, but when you use the Apps, does that count for minutes used on the phone? When you pay for a Data plan, what is does that include? Thanks for you help!

You can buy and download songs from the iTunes store with the phone. But to put any music you already own on the phone, you need to connect it to a computer and use iTunes.

What are Apps?
Applications - programs you run on the phone, like games, news readers, maps, location-based programs that tell you about nearby businesses, and many more.

A few apps require wifi, usually those that require a lot of data to be transmitted, like Skype. And you need wifi to download anything over 10 megabytes, which includes most podcasts and some apps. But otherwise you can download apps and use them on 3g or Edge. Many apps require no data transmission at all, and can be used even when the phone is in airplane mode (where all the wifi and cell data services are turned off)

It does not. You pay for talk time, which includes incoming and outgoing phone calls, rounded up to a minute. You pay extra for text and MMS messages.

It pays for data transmission, which you will use for surfing the web, sending and receiving email, downloading apps, music, and podcasts, using maps, and using some of the apps.
