Ner Townhome/Condo's = lawsuits? (Mount Pleasant, Summerville: contractors, subdivision, litigation)

Can someone share some insight in regards to quality of condo/town homes in the Summerville/Mt. Pleasant/I'on/West Ashley district?

It was indicated on this forum by many individuals that most of the contractors for such buildings are being sued for very poor workmanship and quality. And if so, can someone recommend "good quality" Condo's or Town homes in the above mentioned districts?

Here in Wisconsin, although it may and a can happen, but very rarely.

I'on is a subdivision in Mount Pleasant with SFH no condo's.

The lawsuits are not always quality often they are with the HOA. It's honestly case by case. HAve you Realtor contact each subdivision of interest, they should be able to tell you exactly what the litigation is about.
