Hello all! So I have been reading around and haven't found any information on the Buckshire subdivision its off off ladson then a left on Miles Jamison and its on the right hand side before Lakes of summerville ANY AND ALL information ESPECIALLY SAFETY would be very much appreciated!! THANKS!!

It most certainly is. There are multiple police officers and even a couple FBI guys that live in the neighborhood. Those guys typically know where to buy and not to buy if safety etc is a concern...

That's a pretty nice area. We're very close to that subdivision, I would feel pretty safe there.

take a look at the Wynfield Forest section. There are some very large homesites over there. Much bigger than Ive seen in awhile

The School district is Charleston. Not the best..... Regarding the builders. I have no problem with Eastwood, but have no use for Keystone. PM me if you are considering buying a Keystone home.

I live just outside the entrance to the Lakes of Summerville off Jamison and we are Dorchester 2 school dist.
Even in our old "eclectic" neighborhood we feel pretty safe. Our next door neighbor in an retired fed. who now works with the sheriff's dept.

No, actually the school district is DD2.
