We are active empty nesters looking to move to the Mt Pleasant or Daniel Island area. We enjoy running, biking and would like a scenic area with trails. (dog friendly) We are looking for a friendly, walkable area and would like to be close to the beach and downtown as well. Any insight would truly be appreciated as we are out of the area. (Price range 225-300k open to a TH or condo) Views are also important.
