I've met a ton of jerks -- not all govt. workers...
Also -- maybe it's an age thing -- I would have just smiled on and forgotten about the whole thing. Probably would not even have remembered to post about it -- even in 'fun'. That comes with age -- forgetting and really letting the little annoyances in life pass you by.
