Default HVAC co

Just saw your request. I am new as well and prior to moving in had a new HVAC put in.....as far as I know all went well with installation.

Terrace Heating and Air did a great job.....explained everything well. They were recommended by a highly-rated general contractor, who uses them frequently.

843-762-3639 phone
Joe Wham is the owner

Good luck! I am COOL because of them

We got a quote from ARS, great guarantees, but it's a national carrier so you'll pay for it. We ended up going with one of the "good 'ole boys" recommended to us, from the area and he threw in more things than we expected and kept $2000 in our pocket compared to the other...

Rumph Heating and Air,
1081 River Road
Johns Island, SC

Totally satisfied... but you gotta be prepared for the old south to come into your home... great sweet guys! 30 years in the business.

One more recommendation for you: B & B Heating and Air
We had three companies give us quotes, and they had the best rate AND upgraded the unit no charge. They were reasonably fast, clean and I will call them the moment my downstairs unit needs replacing.

Well, I take back raves about one co. in an earlier post! Sunday, temp 99 degrees, new HVAC went out....left 2 messages on the co. after-hours line, but NO ONE RESPONDED. It was HOT but my worry was for my elderly cat!

LATER CLAIMED THEY DID NOT GET THE MESSAGES but the co. was clearly id on the answering machine TWICE so the phone no. was correct, as was the message they had on their after-hrs line........people depend on them, so WTH?
