Yeah .. so in the last two weeks my house (on concrete slab) has suffered a serious foundation failure. No water leaks, no drainage leaks etc ... leaning more toward the roots of the two oak trees about 20ft away from the house.

Right now my back door sticking (ive adjusted it twice in the last two years) went from a little sticking to nearly unserviceable to the point that I'm about the only person in the house that can open and close it. And I've got a SERIOUS crack in the floor that you can feel under the vinyl in the kitchen.

Anyone have any idea or suggestions on someone that can fix it?

I've contacted Southcoast Exteriors and am just kinda wanting to get a second and third estimate. (not going to be cheap whoever does it .. i realize that just wanting to get all the options I can before I commit)

.... bad ending to a bad day.

Yeah ... I sent them a request for an estimate the same time I sent one to Southcoast Exteriors.

Southcoast responded the next day (Monday) and scheduled a guy to come look at the house today.
