We have banana peppers, chilis and oriental peppers growing like crazy in our garden...

Good job bulldog, now you need to open up a roadside Relleno stand....the restaurants in Charleston need a lesson on how to fix a South West style egg batter Chile Relleno....

Substitute the canned peppers with fresh roasted/peeled chili's if you have them....Poblano peppers work well too. Be ready to whip up more eggs !
