The State Supreme Court reversed a ruling today, saying that James Island's town is illegal for the third time. It already had gone through three elections, after an appeals court said the town could continue in Feb.

Charleston wants to be the states largest city so bad it can't help itself.
They should just go the route of Las Vegas, and combine Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and make it Charleston Metro, combined population 300,000+. Only then would Joe be happy. Somehow, though, I don't think Mt P and N Char would go along.
