You can get many organic staples at Publix.

A trip to Mt Pleasant every other week or so to Whole Foods would not be that bad. Just keep a cooler in your trunk for frozen items and don't go at rush hour.

I went to the Summerville farmers market this morning. It is very nice with lots of good looking stuff...they even have homemade dog treats...every Saturday 8-1 til I'm not sure what date
