There is section 8 and many people accept it even beachside homes or apt. I believe u can sign up in conway or if you already have it u can transfer it, my friend did she has a girl and boy n got 3 bedroom and she lives in surfside on glens bay rd and the condos ares
southbay lakes and they accept it and the condos are huge. many jobs are under the table here to. They have foodstamps in holmstown rd in surfside also welfare office in conway and they have helping hands in myrtle beach and surfside. I am from ohio and I know up there you get much more assistance heap for heating and all kinds of other stuff.
