Hi Guys,

I am sad to report we lost a friend. USCJoe passed away March 24th. I only knew him from this forum and as a fellow Realtor but I know many of you benefited from his info. Your videos and knowledge will be greatly missed.

Rest In Peace, Joe!

I'm very sorry to have heard this. Joe was a fantastic agent, a pleasure to work with and a true professional. The visitors to this board have certainly benefited greatly from his knowledge of the area and his pursuits to keep people informed about the joys of living in Mount Pleasant.

I was just thinking about Joe the other day and had noticed that he hadn't posted on here in quite awhile, when he used to be such a regular. He seemed to be very devoted and passionate about his profession and his town. That is very sad and he will be missed.
