The first place that came out to have a look at my a/c is taking too long to get an estimate back to me. I'll most likely be replacing the system (2.5-3 ton) since the upstairs component is 17 / outside is dead. Anybody have a place to recommend - particularly anyone who deals with construction or real estate and has had multiple encounters with A/C companies in the area?
We used C & C Air, and were very pleased. They came to us recommended by our Real Estate agent, who has used them for several of his own properties.
They're Mt Pleasant / Daniel Island only. IDK what kind of troll must be lurking under the westbound lane of the bridge between downtown and Mt Pleasant but it must be a scary one.
The Ridgeville one is in... Ridgeville. I'm wondering if working on a place downtown would be worth it to them.
These people came highly recommended. Of the three that showed up to our house, they were the only ones to do proper calculations etc using HVAC calculators. Advance Plumbing Heating & Air
Nice. Got a full queue of quotes coming. And a chance that I'll only have to replace the outside component of the system because one is going to have a look around at the attic part...

Sorry, I had no idea they limit where they do service. Guess us MP snobs can't live without our arctic air, so we keep them busy.
I don't know, steve. You'll have to call and ask them.
