My wife and I are comign back to charleston for our anniversary. We came on our honeymoon 2 years ago and really really enjoyed it. Everything was amazing from the food to the scenery. People were really nice too. We are coming back but we would liike to eat at some new places. Is there ANYwhere in Charleston, it can be a "dive" i dont care, that serves Boiled Crawfish or has Crawfish po boys. I figured there would be alot of places but i havent been able to find any. I see where Cheries in Hanahan has etoufee and jambalaya which we may try but im looking for more of a all u can eat boiled crawfish . Or a place that sells crawfish po boys. We are leaving in 3 days, please help!!!

Vickery's on Shem Creek, MtP, has a fried crawfish appetizer that's excellent, but don't know about po-boys. Charleston is really known more for its shrimp than crawfish. I suspect the crawfish at Vickery's comes in frozen from China.

Is this the place that also sells frozen cajun items? If it is, their frozen crawfish is NOT Louisiana, it's imported from China/VietNam.
