There seem to be a lot of homes for sale in Summerville, given the size of the area. Is Summerville booming and are houses selling quickly. Or are people buying homes and then leaving the area for some reason? In my research, an area with a population of about 50,000 may have an average of 25 homes for sale in a certain price range. Summerville has over 100 current listings in that same price range.
I live at Cane Bay which is not in Summerville but has a Summerville address. It's unbelievable how many houses are being built, and they seem to be selling them as fast as they build them.
We actually have a low inventory of homes for sale in Summerville. I've been getting calls from other realtors on some of my listings that are already under contract.
