Off of Hamlin.

Nice area or no? How are the homes? Not familiar with the builder.

They've done the Fosters Glenn subdivision on John's Island, & the Hidden Hills subdivision in Summerville.

What is that area like off Hamlin Rd? I know someone said the Lieben Park development was in a kind of "scruffy" area, & this development - Linnen Place - appears to be just 4 miles or so down the road closer to the IOP Connector.

There is nothing wrong with Linnen Place that I know of. I haven't heard of any construction issues, but others many know more than I.

They are decent for the price.

Nothing wrong with that area along Hamlin Road.

Linnen Place is off Hamlin Road between Rte 17 and Rifle Range Road, almost across from Jennie Moore Elementary School. Hamlin Road ends at Rte 17 at the set of lights at Brickyard Entrance about 1/2 mile south of Rte 41.

By no means a bad area but it has its run down sections as does Rte 41.

Lieben Park is located right across from a Berkley Electric sub station, and the surroundings are not what some folks would describe as "pretty"...but you get a decent discount in price because of that. Everything is relative.

Not too bad...smaller homes. Similar to Cotton Place, but a little different.

OK. Knew there had to be a reason for the prices - thanks everyone for the info.

Don't confuse Libben Park and Linnen Place. They are different.
