Looks like they knocked down a large path of trees, and going deep into the woods. Possibly building another Palmetto Commerce parkway style road?(this is just down the road from them, but well before Dorchester) More businesses?

I think that is the road that is suppose to connect to Parlor Rd. which is the road beside Walmart.

Was also wondering the same thing... Thanks for the link aetcas, didn't know it was going to connect over there. Figured it was just new homes/apartments. Then again I'm sure after the road is built we will see just that.

Makes sense that road does back up a bit, I remember looking at houses back there and being turned off. Could be a nice shortcut to wallyworld the few times I go.
