While we're on the subject of Crab recipes, I would like to ask which local Restaurant has the best Crab Cakes. My wife is a Crab Cake Connoisseur and she has set the bar pretty high !!! The Crab Cakes must be made from Lump Crab Meat. They must not have an exorbitant amount of filler. And they must be lightly seasoned.

We haven't found anything that meets all criteria......anybody have any experience in the local restaurants ??
