In CNN top burgers around the country Husk made the list. Kudos to them and Im sure its amazing, kind caught me off guard I thought head chef Sean Brock changes menu daily.
From the site:
Quote:
Husk’s double cheeseburger is just fabulous. The meat, like everything else there, is made from local animals and has its own unique character. But the American cheese bonds it with our great hamburger union.
I click the link and I think CNN likes praising this restaurant as it also featured an interview with the general manager How to hire a great staff

I just looked at the menu. Seems a bit pricey and requires going downtown. Didn't see too many vegetarian options either. I'll pass...

Pork and beef is a good thing for sure!!!

,,,,,,"vegetarian",,,Like they say,,,Its a name they gave a Indian hunter that couldn't hunt.

I never will understand a vegetarian. The Bible talks about eating fish and fowl................

But then again,, No problem,,,to each his own.
