Looks like some major hail and tornado warnings. Keep safe.

I'm hearing tornado on the ground from live 5.

They said it but now they aren't clear about it. Still huge potential for it touching the ground.

Savannah High way....funnel coming down.

Remember, going under bridges is good for avoiding hail, but terrible for avoiding tornadoes.

After all was said and done....it doesn't look like it amounted to much....which is a good thing.

Might be a little bit more to come with another cell coming through, but most importantly, same gulf stream weather pattern as today for another week.

Just drove from DI to West Ashley. There was a downed tree on 526 and the roads were getting flooded on 17 but it wasn't too bad. I don't have any electric though...

I got home from Walmart just as it started to roll through. The dog ended up hiding under the blanket on the couch when the hail came through. This one wasn't as bad as the one in MD that was following me into MD.

All was fine out here, but I think there was a tornado spotted near ShadowMoss, which is down the road. There was also an area on Bee's Ferry that flooded, I was on my way to a painting class with a friend last night and was very scared to drive through it. Ended up taking 17 and Main Road home. Definitely be careful out there with flooding.

Tons of ambulances passed by on 61 when we were painting. Scary stuff.

Media Scares, little to nothing. Common storms for living on the coast. Turn the news off when storms come. Glad it was nothing like always.

Although having kiddos makes me much more hyper aware of powerful storms. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I chose to ignore the news and then my kids were harmed in a storm....especially if it were a tornado with a warning and I didn't take action.

Yes, the hype is quite annoying and has made people take it less seriously. I guess they can't win though because I'd be annoyed if they didn't tell me of a potential damaging storm.
