We should be closing on our home there in late August. Figured I'd put a thread up to see if any of our future neighbors are on here..

We are and should be closing in October! We likely won't move straight away unless the stars align for both us finding new jobs right away

SO hi future neighbor! Mind if I send you a PM?

We did but changed our mind when another opportunity presented itself.

There are some things we liked and some things we didn't like.

The model is very nice for the price point.

They just released the pricing on the Tupelo Forest side (and revamped the entire Ryland website by the way).... still a really great price point. We're so far into the process, I refuse to start thinking "what if" and "we could have" ..I'd drive myself batty questioning the floor plan, lot , options chosen etc. Having said that there is a chance we may have bought into the other side had they released that information back then. I'm so excited to move there! I have short-timers disease as a Virginian lol

Sure thing adwa71. Interested to see where you're at. We bought back in march so we were pleased to see the phase sell so well and the price increase! I'm wondering when they'll start the pool

We really should have stayed with Ryland.

Catalyst Builders have been a complete and utter nightmare. I would NEVER recommend anyone building new with them...EVER.

Cape - I'm so sorry to hear that I hope that things start seeing resolution soon. Hey - the market is doing pretty well, thought about selling?
So far things with Ryland have gone well but we'll be seeing our house for the first time when we go for vacation in August. I think it will be drywalled then.

Dustin - I'm also wondering about the pool!
