Midland Terrace condos & Summer Wood condos off of Hwy 78?

I am moving to the area and looking for a condo. I'm not familiar with either of these. Any opinions/pros and cons?

I'm kind of leaning toward a two story and I see that Midland Parkway is one story. I wonder how sound proof and quiet it is. Is it like apt. living? One reason why I prefer 2 stories is that I don't want someone living over me making noise walking across a floor or under me hearing me walk across a floor. I would consider the place if more sound proof.

Summer Wood does seem to have a lot of different units, but not sure how to go about finding which ones might be for rent. I had a friend drive around today to see if any rent signs but evidently they can't post signs (which to me is a good thing)? I try doing a search online and did find a few but surely there are more out there for rent.

Also if you know of any other condo/townhouses to check into in the Summerville area, please feel free to recommend. I would love some good links to check for places online if know of any. I've had a realtor pull some rentals for me in my price range and I've checked Craigslist.

Thanks in advance!

I just replied to your DM. Read it and stay away from that place.

My daughter has lived in Summer Wood for a couple of years. Seems like a nice enough place.

Thanks. I'll definitely see if I can find some for rent there and go look at them this next weekend.
