we just got some of those paper coin roll wrapper things and did it ourselves while we watched tv. didn't take long at all

edit to add: then of course you just take those to the bank for cash

CoinStar can be used to load "Fee-Free' on to many types of Egift cards, so if they have a card for something you use anyway. Its a good way of getting it "Fee-Free".

SC Federal Credit Union used to do it for members with no fee...do they still do it?

Some Publix locations used to have them, and I think a 7% fee.
