Are there any plans for the old old K-Mart off the Berlin G Myers Parkway near Captain Ds? That whole shopping center has been just sitting and rotting and looking ugly ever since I can remember. I think at one time cars were parking there to catch carpools?

Another area that is so ugly and nasty looking is the BI-LO shopping center on Dorchester Rd & Bacons Bridge. Part of that center is painted a bright neon yellow or green color. There is just nothing pretty or inviting about it at all.

The BI-LO near S'ville HS isn't anything to write home about either. I wouldn't go there after dark that's for sure.

I'm excited to see all the growth that will come over near the Sangaree area. I think that will be good for the town and so good to see.

I've heard Palmetto State Armory is going to be moving in to the old Kmart center.

I've been to Summerville and stayed around the area for a time. I didn't like it much. I liked Charleston better.
