Looking to move to the Charleston area in the next two years. Does anyone have a recommendation for a solid real estate agent?

Thanks in advance.

Although there are Realtors on the website who would love to earn your business I'm sure, you asked who the best were, and besides myself (hehe) you can check out this website: Charleston Top Producers? Club or here's a few more in Mt. Pleasant: http://www.eastcoopertopproducers.com/

While many realtors on the forum honor the City Data rule about not soliciting business (even in PMs), some do not.

As for us...we can't say enough good things about Steve Rowe with Carolina One in MtP. Nearly a year after the sale and he is still standing with us in dealing with our builder. His obligation was over last June, but he is still working on our behalf "free of charge" ... so to speak.

Not all Realtors would do that, but all the good Realtors would! The real estate business is built on long term relationships. My goal is to make myself so valuable that a client won't have a reason to go elsewhere. Sounds like you're getting that from Steve!

Beth Bird did a great job for us in our sale in 2011. I forget the agency. Looked it up. Coldwell Banker.

+1 - It's all about finding someone you would feel comfortable with, and building a relationship over a long period.
