Yes. Another example is Blind Tiger. They actually have decent menus for brunch and dinner and claim to have the best Bloody Mary in the city (it's pretty darn good, but I haven't tried the others). Seems like a hole in the wall, but it's really not.

Fast and French is nothing to look at on the outside, but if you can get a seat inside...you'll change your mind.

Caviar and Bananas, Dixie Supply, Verde, and the Griffon are other ones that I've either tried and are delicious or have heard great things about. All not to harsh on the purse/wallet.

There are a couple others further away from Marion Square/Market St. like Two Boroughs Larder, Dave's Take Out, and Butcher and Bee.

Years back when Basil Thai opened and became popular they had a deal with AC's. If there was a wait, you could put you name in at Basil for a table then go to AC's for a drink. Basil (Henry) would call AC's when your table was ready. Cool idea.

I completely forgot about Fast and French and the Griffon- also great places for quick, cheap, tasty eats. Haven't tried the others.

ted's is an example of a no-hassle place with good food. not exactly cheap, but not unreasonable either.

I had the Waldorf chicken salad sandwich at Ted's earlier today. I also saw more work being done at Swig and Swine on Savannah Highway. Their signage is up on the building. It's located directly next to The Glass Onion.

We had catering by the Swig and Swine at my work last week - REALLY good food, and I'll be heading to the restaurant when it opens, for sure!

One day we were running past and actually stopped to enjoy the aroma... seriously.

They serve breakfast from the truck in the mornings and I smell it on my morning long runs.
