I'm looking for a good Independent Auto Repair shop in the area. Somebody familiar with German cars, and who doesn't charge Dealer prices for normal maintenance.

First-hand experience is preferred, but if you have any hearsay or even juicy gossip......let's hear it !!!

I read your title and thought you owned an Indianpolis style race car, and was wondering why you didn't have your own maintenance team.

When I read the post title yesterday I almost replied by telling the OP that most here probably have idea what an Indy shop even is.

Looks like I was right.

You know, after I started the thread.......I noticed it too !! I think I waited too long to edit the title.

Let me re-phrase it --

Any good Foreign Car Repair Shops that specialize in older BMW's in the tri-county area ???
