We are updating a kitchen and master bath near Folly Beach and want recommendations for a good designer and contractor, either separate or under one umbrella. I welcome recommendations from homeowners who have had experience with such people, or others who can testify as to their reputation. I expect this is going to run 75k or more. We are not looking to do this on the cheap, but we are not interested in throwing away money on services and appliances we do not need.
I welcome your recommendations.

Let me try this again: Are there people on the forum who have recommendations for a good kitchen and bath remodeling firm? I know this costs a lot of money and I want to find someone with a good track record for quality, meeting deadlines, and fair pricing.
Many thanks
