Do you know if they have any yards? We'd want a 6' or at least a 5' fence. I know some subdivisions restrict height.

Just remembered also - regime fee. Would have to check what that is.

Sound very nice though. I like Wieland as a builder, and that's a big TH. Like also that the master is downstairs. Something more builders should start to incorporate as us baby boomers age.

Shoot, I just assumed a yard was there and now I'm not sure. It wouldn't work for you anyway - only 4 ft fences in DW

mac

You may find the 4ft fence height is a very common restriction. It was 4ft for most of the HOA's in Rivertowne.

JG, yes, have run into that. I think so far we've only found Longpoint, and DI allow 5'-6' fences.

So you have your list of ones that allow 5 ft or 6 ft but you are still looking at 4 ft....or no 4 ft at all?

Trying to look at all possibilities. Ones that allow 5'-6" fences are priority if rest of criteria is met.

Depends on what you consider tiny. I think avg lot size is .15-.20 acre. I have almost 1/3 acre.

Prices are higher due to higher quality, location etc. Yes, some sections have a lack of trees, but that is pretty much standard for new developments. The back section that just opened has tons of lots backing up to ponds and wetlands, so there are trees. Sounds like it might be out of your price range though.

I think tiny is less than .15 acres. Depends how the house is sited and lot is laid out as well how big the lot ends up being.

Meant street trees, not trees behind the houses. And yes, unfortunately, that's par for the course with new developments. No trees on the lots, but they don't plant street trees anymore either.

I think the back section of CP is too expensive for us anyway. Our max budget is @425K.
