For those of you that live in Carolina Park - or realtors that know the CP HOA regs -

In the HOA docs, it states that fences much be either Black or Charleston Green for "maintenance" purposes and because these are the "Low Country colors" (?).

But driving around yesterday, we saw fences which were white and cream as well. We did notice that all the white/cream fences were in the Riverside section. However, I checked their website when we got home, and there are no separate HOA docs on the CP site for Riverside.

Does anyone here live in Riverside that can tell me if your HOA Docs are different? Or were these maybe exceptions granted - people that had white/cream fences?

That's the million dollar question. All kidding aside, yes, we are interested in a house there.
