Hello everyone, long time City Data reader, first time poster. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone has worked with a mortgage lender they can recommend and used the MCC (mortgage credit certificate) program successfully. Not all lenders participate, so I’ve been running into some road blocks. Thank you in advance!

PS, I tried using the search function here before posting

i did a quick google and found a list of a dozen or so.

One Lender is WR Starkey, I have experience with them and they are professional. Again, google is your friend.

Thanks so much for your help and input! I actually had searched quite a bit on Google but only came up with Guild Mortgage...must have been using a bad combination of key words I suppose.
