I live in a subdivision with an inactive hoa, meaning no dues collected, no common areas to maintain, convenient area and good schools. wanna buy my house? Just kidding....or not.
Summerville on the Ashley has no HOA. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s off of Bacons Bridge between Dorchester Road and Hwy 61 (Ashley River Road). There’s also a park being built just outside the neighborhood that will be similar to Wanamaker Park.
