Mount Pleasant Square is a retail center located at the northeast corner of Ben Sawyer Boulevard and New Parrish Way in the town of Mount Pleasant in Charleston County, South Carolina. It is anchored by a supermarket, BI-LO #5101.

BI-LO #5101 originally opened as store 101. It became store 5101 in 2012 after BI-LO acquired Winn-Dixie and all BI-LO stores were renumbered into the 5000's.
BI-LO #5101 is closing by the end of January. Several service departments, including pharmacy, have already closed.
Harris Teeter #457 is a former Piggly Wiggly. Harris Teeter could improve and update store 457, or it could consider a replacement store at another location.

They gutted that store after they bought it from the Pig. Hard to imagine them redoing it again.
Harris Teeter #457 does not have a pharmacy. It could add one if Rite Aid #11618, Sea Island Shopping Center, 1220 Ben Sawyer Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina 29464-4532, closes as a result of being acquired by Walgreen's.

I'll be curious to see if that is sold to Fred's, closed or renamed Walgreen's.
Walgreen's may favor freestanding locations. I would not be surprised if non-freestanding stores are divested to Fred's or are closed. Non-pharmacy supermarkets next to Rite Aid stores in retail centers will look for ways to add pharmacies.
I wonder if Lowe's Foods would be interested in that former Bi-Lo...or any other existing grocery location closer to downtown Charleston. They've got to be planning more then 2 locations.
I find it interesting how Teeter has attempted to oversaturate the market ostensibly to keep out some of the new players. But I've also anecdotally heard that a few former Piggly Wiggly locations are not doing well...especially the Folly Beach store.
