A 140,000-square-foot retail center, Nexton Square, will be locating at the northwest quadrant of North Main Street and Brighton Park Boulevard in the Summerville community in Berkeley County, South Carolina.

They'd made all the units pretty small sq footage wise. Looks like no big box will be coming. Will probably be all smaller retail shops ala what you'd see on King Street.
Nothing on the other side of 26 is in the Town of Summerville, even though they all try to claim it. Nexton, Carnes, Cane Bay all have Summerville addresses.....and Berkeley County Schools and services...#FakeNews

It looks like a little bit of Summerville officially extends east of 26... right where Nexton is.
