I used to love that show.......I had such a crush on Ginger. Is the show on TV anywhere these days ??

What exactly is the relationship between Richard and Ginger ??

They're married.

Richard isn't on TV anymore, but he is very busy redeveloping the Citadel Mall.

Just my two cents: If repair/update costs are a problem, you can always buy furniture (or rent for 3 or 6 months) from a Rent-A-Center Also, when renting and with a small budget, I purchased a stove from a rental center - almost brand new and in great shape, for very little. The photos are already gone, so I'm going by what others said about matching appliances and staging.

Also, CHANGE REALTORS! I really hope you sell in the spring. From personal experience, it sucks not to be able to sell your house when you want to.
