There is a pond behind some houses. I wonder if that pond floods when it rains... just a thought. Other than that I know a good bit of people that is in the service that lives in Westcott so maybe they are getting relocated.

It's probably no more than a coincidence. I see that 2 of these are new listings in 2018 ( all Listings this year have an MLS #180xxxx). This is the Lennar subsection of Wescott, and a very desirable area.

It will be interesting to see what they actually sell for, and how many Days on Market.

I just looked it up and there is one home on the market through the MLS and two are under contract getting ready to close. Nothing unusual about that! The market is strong in Wescott and days on the market are low if priced properly. They've been turning around like crazy in The Courtyards! There are only 26 homes/townhomes on the market in all the Wescott communities including the new construction townhomes.
