Hi, I'm new to the forum. Currently, I'm looking to rekindle my interest in fishing. I live west ashley, and I was wondering if anyone has tried fishing in the lake at west ashley park off Glenn Mcconnell. I gave it a try several years ago, but didn't have any luck. Any other good places west ashley? I prefer fresh water, but would also consider salt/brackish water. Thanks, David

I have, there's not much back there in those creeks. I have tried fresh/salt water setups and have landed a couple of brim/sunfish but not much else. I prefer to either go to the boat landing on Main road or the pier on Northbridge (Cosgrove) and fish the rivers.
