Usually in the past, we'd go to Charpia Farms, but the past couple of years they hadn't planted them due to health reasons.

Is there another place near Summerville to pick your own?

Yes, we just discovered Hickory Bluff Berry Farm near Holly Hill a couple of weeks ago and it was excellent! Their address is 245 Hickory Bluff Ln, Holly Hill. Take exit 187 and follow Rt 27 for a while and it'll be on your left, just before you hit Rt. 176. Or, take Rt 176 past Cane Bay and continue on until you get to the intersection of 176/27.
