The DASH bus route from WestEdge: https://www.ridecarta.com/route/213-...-calhoun-dash/
Eh, I'd just walk, but I have been known to walk from my house to Gin Joint or Husk (3 mi) because it's a nice way to spend an hour. Being able to walk to things is the whole reason I live on the peninsula. Line can be a little sketchy--I try to avoid walking down it at night by myself--but there are plenty of other alternate routes that take you down friendlier-looking streets. For example, Google Maps would have you walk down Lockwood to Bee, which is all perfectly nice.

Yeah, thanks, I figured there were some walkable routes. I had originally been looking at what a "straight line" walk to King would be, and obviously it appears that there are some more preferred streets to take if I decide to walk.

Katio, help! So I've been in Charleston a week now...haven't been to Faculty or Moe's yet. So far on my nights out I seem to end up at super young, college crowd places. Where does one go to meet late 20s/30s crowd?? Hell, I'd even take a cougar/older bar.
