I just found a really great place to rent around the intersection of Line and Meeting near the new Piggly Wiggly. I will be a student and can handle myself in a less than perfect neighborhood. But, my girlfriend is a small town girl (livin' in a looooonnnley world). . . I digress. Anyway, she would be less sure about living in a scrappier area and would be biking alone at night from school on occaison. Would she be safe alone in that area at night?

Thanks, that answers my question. Bummer though, there are a lot of nice houses to rent there.

I don't care where you are in downtown, a female shouldn't be walking or biking by herself at night. JMHO
