Hi,

We are moving to Mt Pleasant in early June. We have a soon-to-be-6 year old girl and a 3 year old boy. Would love to correspond with someone who is also new to MP with young children... just trying to get a head start on making friends! Thanks!

Default I'll be there next week

Hey ladies-
I'm moving into Park West next week. I have a 4 1/2 year old girl and a 7 month old girl. Where are you moving from?
No big surprise....we're moving from Ohio.

Hi Gobuckeyes!

I'm originally from Pittsburgh! My husband and I lived in Myrtle Beach for 5 years, moved to Raleigh for a short time, and are now on Daniel Island.

We both went to Penn State, though, so I'm not sure how this will all work out! Just kidding!

That's okay molliemei. Us Big 10 schools have to stick together. How is your 8 month old? Mine is 7 months and is getting very ornery!

Big 10 Rules!!!!

Purdue (and Notre Dame grad school) here.....Planning on moving to Charleston (Mount Pleasant or similar area) from Chicago in the not-so-distant-future. Wife went to school in Wisconsin, so we'll bring some Big 10 pride to SEC/ACC country!

Our first is due in 3 weeks, so we'll have little ones as well when we come down.

Where in Chicago did you live? Did you move for work?

I'd like to move down there sooner (18-24 months) rather than later. Only problem is neither of us could transfer jobs and we're making pretty good money.
