Keep an eye on the traffic from all the schools concentrated in this one area.

There's Knightsville Elementary on Orangeburg Rd which doesn't have many problems, but 5 minutes away down Orangeburg is Pinewood Prep, Dubose Middle School and the brand new elementary all within a half mile of each other. So the 3 way intersection without a traffic light at Butternut and Orangeburg is heavily backed up in the morning during the school year.

I avoid it like the plague in the morning or when there is any extra curricular activity at any of those schools.

Default Buy my house!

We are a family of four and currently live in Myers Mill and have for a little over a year. There is definitely a buzz about the neighborhood.

We have an Eastwood home and have found Eastwood to be the highest quality for the money. Ryland is a national builder and has overhead expenses. When we shopped with them, we found they nickel and dimed buyers for every upgrade. Eastwood is selling much more quickly and has actually been buying up lots from Ryland, who is struggling. Keystone should be avoided.

We live on a cul de sac where we gather every weekend for barbeques and drinks in the evening. The neighborhood kids are all great friends and we have huge birthday parties. It is very idyllic.

We have been relocated and are sad to leave our good friends (and that pool!) If anyone is looking, we are sacrificing our house. Myers Mill is really a great place to live.
