Can anyone please recommend a rental property under 1000 a month in Dubose Middle School zone? We have to move in 2 weeks and don't know the area well. Thanks!
Thanks! I would love to find a sublease or something furnished. We have a place here in Garden City and just got a job in the Summerville area so I need to find something super affordable. One of those 99 dollar specials would be good right about now. I appreciate any help with this. Going this morning to go look for something.

I don't see too many sublets advertised, and even fewer furnished places (other than airbnb's maybe.) There are enough thrift stores, though, where you could probably find enough to make an unfurnished place livable. Facebook marketplace is full of reasonably priced household stuff. Of course, that takes some time to pull together.

There's 4 or 5 active MLS listings under 1100 per month around that area, can't guarantee the school district but they will be close enough to get you to school by an easy drive. I can get you in touch with a Realtor in that area if you'd like to go view the home or maybe they can facetime it for you. Send me a PM if you still need help.
