Royal Oaks Subdivision in Goose Creek (houses, buyers, per square foot)

Does anyone know anything about this subdivision? I can't find anything on the internet and Google took street view pictures before the subdivision was built. The houses are so beautiful but so cheap. What's the dealio O.O

It's a nice subdivision being developed by Beazer Homes. Generally, the larger the home is the less it costs per square foot. It's a buyers market and our prices certainly have come down over the past few years. Lisa

no amenities. No entrance monument whatsoever. There are some better choices in that area. Sophia Landing, Brickhope Plantation, etc.
