GO SOX & PATS! Coming from a "Damn Yankee's" mouth - ouch! Thank you for the replies and advice. I am doing a lot of research online and will probably rent for a month to find the best community and home. I am very excited about my move. I LOVE Newburyport too, as some of you know it is a wonderful port city, but I am not as fond of the winters anymore & the high cost of housing and taxes.
