Evo in N.Chas and Mellow Mushroom downtown.

Andolini's is filthy. About a month ago we were giving it a second shot and through the kitchen at the location on Folly we could see the cooks wiping sweat off of their faces and necks and throwing dough/adding toppings. I saw it with my own eyes.

But, definitely try the Mushroom...food is great and so is the service.

And here I thought we were the only ones that didn't like Andolini's. Everyone raves about it. We gave it 2 tries and didn't like it either time. Do they always burn the bottom of their crust? yuck.

We like the Mellow Mushroom too. In Summerville we either get NYPD or Tuscan's Sicilian Pizza.

I've yet to try Mellow Mushroom but from so many posts it's making me very curious! for MtP people - if you like delivery, I've been addicted to Deromas at Seaside Farms...

Cibo's on James Island is the quintessential mom-and-pop neighborhood pizzeria.

If you're around Mt. P try La Pizzeria. Everything's imported from Italy. Family owned. Hands down the best in my opinion.

OOH try Lombardi's down on Harborview.

It's new, and it's delish. Though, I haven't tried their pizza.

Great atmosphere, bread, salad, baked ziti and the best Tiramisu I've had since we moved here.
